Crispy dry cured NZ bacon

Dry cured to cook crisply and to taste the way bacon always used to taste. Delicious, and moorish, once a convert, nothing else tastes as good.

Comes as middle bacon, rindless middle bacon, shoulder or streaky in varying sized packs depending on the size of your crowd.

Nothing looks better on a dinner table than a hot glazed ham on the bone. With minimal effort you can produce a crowd pleasing kiwi classic, therefore leaving you to enjoy spending time with your guests.

Carve slices to feed a crowd and serve with breads and pickles or fry as steaks. Most importantly sugar cured ham has a delicious flavor because it has been fully developed over a 2-3 week curing period. Ham sandwiches so easy even a teenager could do it, the perfect ham and Dijon mustard sandwich.

All our sausages are made from only pork meat, no other trim is used.

The traditional pork sausages (hearty and breakfast size) are made as an English style pork sausage, coarsely ground and filled into natural casings.

The course will feature a hands on ‘make your own sausages’ session, where you take your own creations home after they have been put to the taste test against the other course participants over a cold drink.
